Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Recovizy platform, published by Monsieur Pipeline and available at recovizy.com. By creating an account, you accept these Terms without reservation.

2. Description of the service

Recovizy is a SaaS tool for sales intelligence and CRM database optimization, powered by an AI agent. In particular, it provides:

• Connection to any CRM with a REST API (Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Notion, Zoho, Brevo, Attio, etc.) through an encrypted API key
• Automatic contact synchronization (every 6 hours)
• Detection and automatic merging of duplicate contacts
• ICP scoring and contact prioritization
• Detection of sales signals (champions, ghosting, reactivation, HVT)
• Reactivation of high-potential inactive contacts
• Access to a REST API for external integration

3. User account

Access to the service requires creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and connector API keys confidential. Any use of your account is your responsibility. Recovizy reserves the right to suspend any account in the event of abusive use or breach of these Terms.

4. Subscription and billing

The service is available for one month after each payment, under the Recovizy Scale plan.

Current prices are shown on the /pricing page. One-off payments are processed through Qonto and do not renew automatically. Access expires at the end of the paid period unless a new payment is made manually.

5. Data processed

As part of the service, Recovizy processes CRM contact data imported by the user through REST API connectors. The user is solely responsible for the lawfulness of this data and its compliance with the GDPR. Recovizy acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR. Connector API keys are stored encrypted (AES-256) and are never exposed in plain text.

6. Use of artificial intelligence

Recovizy uses artificial intelligence models to produce scores, detect signals and generate sales recommendations. These analyses are provided for information only and do not constitute contractual advice. The user remains solely responsible for any sales action taken on the basis of these recommendations.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the platform (interface, algorithms, scoring models, Recovizy brand) are the exclusive property of Monsieur Pipeline. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

Recovizy cannot be held liable for data loss, service interruptions or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform or from the AI agent's recommendations. Recovizy's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the user over the previous three months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
