A diagnostic on real data, not a self-assessment
Most free CRM diagnostics are online forms: you answer a few questions about your practices and get a maturity score. That tells you how you think your CRM is doing.
A diagnostic on a sample works differently. It reads 1,000 of your contacts and counts what is actually there: duplicates, invalid addresses, incomplete records, dormant opportunities. The sample is drawn at random so that it reflects the whole base rather than its best or worst corner.
What the report contains
The report is called "Audit data" and can be exported as a PDF.

What it does not include

It is hosted in the European Union, covered by a GDPR data processing agreement, and deleted 30 days after the results are delivered.
